Jen Tantzen
Jen first started yoga as a student in 2012, looking for a workout, but finding instead a practice that managed to touch every aspect of her life. Inspired as she was by this journey, she decided to expand her practice to include teaching, and completed her 235hr certified yoga teacher training during Devanadi Yoga's month-long intensive program in June of 2014. Her approach to yoga is firmly rooted in the notion that yoga is for everyone (and every body), aiming to create a comfortable and lighthearted atmosphere for her vinyasa classes. Off the mat, she is a web developer, dog lover, and maintains an avid interest in local food and craft brews.
